**Q: What is dose per capsule?**
A: each capsule is 378mg of which cod liver oil is 279mg vitamin E is 1.34mg vitamin A is 0.05mg and vitamin D is 0.0004mg

**Q: Are these suitable for long term use for my cat?**
A: Yes, but i'd suggest buying the biggest bottle as its cheaper, or the oil to add to their food, otherwise they may not eat it (we all know how cats are with tablets)

**Q: anyone bought the 800 capsules? Whats the expiry date?**
A: I think theres about 12 months once opened, but tbh with them being separate capsules i had them ages after opening, near 2 yrs and they were fine. If kept in an airtight box, away from light they dont explode lol
