need to flush for sensor to work
This faucet looks great in a modern kitchen. Those buttons for the spray could be a bit smaller and more elegant but when searching for another faucet (touch-free) there weren't any options in this price range. Installation was straightforward, although, initially the sensor didn't work. It 'clicked' when moving your hand in front of it but no water came. It turned out that you need to complete step 12A (the flush of the hose) from the installation guide for the sensor to work. A bit strange but after that: all fixed.

A bit hard to install, but a really good product
I had very little space under the countertop so there was no room for the wrench to turn when it comes to tightening the bolt. I even had a Pfister faucet ranch (from other products), but all the lines/nuts would not fit through the center channel. Went to home-depot (since I had to get the water lines), but nothing really worked. At the end, it was just elbow grease. Boy, I wish Pfister had designed it better.Afterwards, it worked beautifully. BTW, you can share the same power plug with a garbage disposal as long as the air switch won't cut out the power to the plug.I really like the functions and the look of it.

Look great works great
The product was relatively easy to install but I did have someone do it for me. It looks beautiful and has a good arch place in the water in the center of my sink. The motion detector works very well however you have to be patient it takes a moment after you move your hand in front of it for the water to stop. I do like the automatic shut off to ensure you don’t leave the water running indefinitely. I highly recommend this product.

Simple, elegant and saves water
Being in a drought state (California) it's important to conserve as much water as possible so I ordered this touchless faucet. I really like the simple, clean lines and function, good proportions and nice spray flow

Works great but after 39 years of moving a handle
Works great but after 39 years of moving a handle, it is VERY hard to get used to. Like moving the location of your dishes in a cabinet and then going back to get a dish and they’re not there...HOWEVER, To install this faucet, the nut under the counter is very inaccessible, especially on a deep farm sink. They sell a tool that, for a $300.00 faucet, should be IN The box... I don’t even care if the price went up $20 to cover the tool’s retail cost. Imagine you get the thing home, make time to install and then can’t tighten the nut enough to keep it stable. So now, you have to send for the tool and then crawl back under the sink to re-do the job. This, at my age, has gotten to be a real PITA, and I’m not THAT OLD YET. So, the faucet slops around for a few more days, and then the process starts over again. Oh...and don’t forget you e gotta pull out all of the crap under the cabinet to squeeze back under there.....phew, I’m exhausted just rethinking about it. Hey PFISTER.... wake up

Sensor stopped working
We bought this faucet 6 months ago, mainly for the hands-free option, unfortunately after only 5 months, the sensor stopped working. We are very health conscious, and wanted a hands-free faucet so we wouldn't have to touch it with raw foods on our hands when cutting and cooking. But paying over $300 for a hands-free faucet and having it stop working after 5 months is not acceptable. I will be contacting the company for either a replacement or refund. Will add for information once I have spoke with them.Update, I contacted Amazon due to They are the actual seller of this faucet. Their option was for me to return the faucet for a refund. So they expected me to remove the faucet and ship it back to get a refund. This is ridiculous. Do not buy this.

A wonderful surprise for this contractor.
Had always considered this brand to be a lower tier product and never installed it on my jobs. But I suddenly needed a faucet with very specific dimensions and style limitations to fit the replacement of a defective designer Grohe. This Stellen model was perfect, the unit installed easily and the touch-free option is a huge hit. The pull-down snaps back in place easily, it converts to spray with a simple button and even has a pause/return to stream option. Easy clean finish too. Sending very impressive job compliments to the folks at Pfister. Thank you.

Do not buy the motion sensor version of this faucet
I've had this faucet for about six months or so, and it looks good. The manual parts of it all feel good and quality. (The plumber did complain it was hard to install, but I can't comment on the install beyond that.)What drives me CRAZY is that every time I turn it on manually, the sensor turns it off. So I always have to turn it on manually, it turns off, and I have to wave my hand to turn it on again. It's twice as many steps to turn the faucet on than a regular one. Why do I have to do this: It leaks if it's just turned off with the motion sensor, so I have to turn it off manually, too. I complained to customer service, and they sent me a replacement part but the part is buried in the mechanism and didn't come with any instructions. I'm not keen to pay a plumber to fix this when it broke so fast so am thinking about getting rid of it altogether and replacing it with a better brand or just with the manual version. In summary, buyer beware of the motion sensor design and manufacture. I would buy a higher quality different brand or just buy the regular manual version of this faucet, which should work great and look great.

PFISTER Customer support is pretty QUICK to send you replacement parts
I think the package was missing the plug in adapter -I called the 1800 number- for PFISTER - they offered to send one from USA - as it's not avail in Canada.Glad to know it - I installed myself and all that - so more excited to get it finally up and running properly- What's missing are the flex hoses - you probably need to get these separately from the faucet whereas other faucets I've purchased usually have these in there. After using the faucet I have to agree with others who rated it so-so.- It is a bit too easy to wave and turn it off - unintentionally when you are using it to wash big things in one side and then transfer to the other side of your sink - it waves off.- It also has a clicking noise that I'm not fond of too each on and off - regardless if your tap is in an on position.I'm now aware that the tap must be at a on position that you can wave on and off from. The tap now controls your water pressure each time.If you want a full stream of water each time you wave it - you must leave it at full.I may be biased because I'm used to the MOEN wave sensor from Home Depot (for about $435 these days). THE sensor is on the left side of the base. That one has no clicking noise, does not need you turn faucet to on position in order to activate the wave-function.- BUT you cannot control the pressure. - i.e. each time you wave at it goes on full.
