Featuring the deepest bowl available for RVs, an ADA-compliant 18-inch seat height, and a dual-action foot pedal for precise water control, it ensures a clean, odor-free flush every time. Its improved mounting bolt slots simplify installation, making it the go-to upgrade for seasoned RVers seeking reliability and style. ## Description Aqua-Magic VI is a permanent RV toilet. Space saving design allows for the closest possible mounting to the wall. Foot flush positioned for minimal floor space interference. Available in high or low profiles to fit your specific space requirements. High profile offers taller seating height for maximum comfort. ADA compliant 18-inch seat height. Caution: Do not use stiff brushes or homemade products to clean or lubricate the valve and seal, as these will damage the seals and surfaces, causing odors to escape from holding tanks. Thetford recommends using Aqua-Clean and toilet seal lubricants. Review: Good replacement RV toilet - Bought to replace a Dometic 300 series toilet that we didn't love with hopes of fixing the problem we've had with black tank smell. Rather than attempting to replace the seals AGAIN on the old toilet, thought we'd replace it with this Thetford and see if that would help. Several things about the Thetford make it better (for us) than the old Dometic. First, although this one is just the same height as the Dometic, it's a slightly smaller around and fits the space better. Also, there is only one internal seal, at the bowl, whereas the Dometic has two seals inside to fail. Finally, the flush pedal is at the front on the Thetford. The dometic pedal was on the right side, which made it awkward to flush with the limited space in our bathroom. I did have to re-do the water supply line in the RV, as this one connects at the top center, vs the bottom right of the Dometic, but that was a simple job. Once I had extended the supply line, the toilet was super simple with everything we needed (other than a wrench) in the box. No instructions were in the box but there was a QR code to scan if you needed it. Easy DIY project. So far so good, as we let it sit in the heat for 2 days now and there's no tank smell at all. Review: I'd recommend this. - Product was exactly as I expected based on the reviews I've read here. Toilet was very light and feels flimsy at first. Make sure to get some washers to go below the flanged nuts that come with the unit. It will spread the pressure over a larger area and allow you to fasten to the floor much tighter, otherwise the nut will dig into the plastic and cause damage. Unit came with a foam seal that was simple to put on. Flush works great. Soft close lid works great. ## Features - Does not include hand sprayer - Improved mounting bolt slots specifically designed for easy installation - Residential sized SloClose seat and cover - Pressing pedal halfway adds water, full activation flushes - Provides the deepest toilet bowl available for RVs ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0B8LN4PR5 | | Brand | Thetford | | Brand Name | Thetford | | Colour | White | | Country of Publication | USA | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 1,349 Reviews | | Included Components | Thetford 31835 Aqua-Magic VI Permanent Toilet - High Profile, White | | Installation Method | Floor Mounted | | Installation Type | Floor Mounted | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 52.4D x 46W x 39.4H Centimeters | | Item Highlight | Space-saving design, easy installation, foot flush, Residential sized SloClose seat, deepest toilet bowl available for RVs | | Item Type Name | Thetford 31835 Aqua-Magic VI Permanent Toilet - High Profile, White | | Item Weight | 4.72 kg | | Manufacturer | Thetford | | Manufacturer Part Number | 31835 | | Material | Polypropylene (PP) | | Material Type | Polypropylene (PP) | | Model Number | 31835 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 52.4D x 46W x 39.4H Centimeters | | Seat Material Type | Plastic | | Shape | Oval | | UPC | 028985318354 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Colour:** White - **Product Dimensions:** 53D x 46.7W x 40H Centimeters - **Material:** Polypropylene - **Brand:** Thetford - **Item Weight:** 10.4 Pounds - **Installation Type:** Floor Mounted - **Shape:** Oval - **Seat Material Type:** Plastic - **Manufacturer:** Thetford - **UPC:** 028985318354 ## Images ![Thetford Aqua-Magic® VI High Profile, White - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41axi+v9dwL.jpg) ![Thetford Aqua-Magic® VI High Profile, White - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41ErXO9fa3L.jpg) ![Thetford Aqua-Magic® VI High Profile, White - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/617sxCln2mL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Are there two pedals on this or is it one? Thank you.** A: One pedal that has two positions. Fully down flushes completely while have will only rinse and fill bowl **Q: Is it compatible with the aqua Magic Galaxy Starlight model sh?** A: I’m not sure and I do not recommend this toilet . Buyers remorse. The seat fell apart and was not fixable. I had to call Thetford for a replacement seat. The seller did nothing to help me out and I only had it 2 months. **Q: Hi i have the original thetford (from2007) toilet with the side handle do i need any extension tubing..?** A: I did not need anything extra but my trailer was all ready fitted with peck plumbing. They shipped it fast and it was easy to install it took me 15 minutes the most. **Q: Will this toilet fit my 2007 Zinger by crossroads** A: I got my answer about fit directly from a Thetford chat on their website. I asked about replacing an old model Thetford with this one. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good replacement RV toilet *by A***3 on 7 July 2024* Bought to replace a Dometic 300 series toilet that we didn't love with hopes of fixing the problem we've had with black tank smell.
