Update: I contacted the seller. They replied promptly and requested a picture. I’ve added a star to my review for that. The cracks in the glaze are actually apparent in the product pic, I just didn’t zoom in before. So that is on me and I do not mind that part so much. I realized mine looks dull because half of the “frame” isn’t painted and the green that is shown in the birds neck is missing. All the parts that are that bright green are very, very light on mine. If they send me a piece that is properly painted, I will update again. I really truly wanted to love this piece. I used to live in Ireland and seeing this made me very nostalgic. However, the colors are just too washed out. Such a pretty design with colors so dull that it is hardly worth hanging. Plus, the glaze is cracked in several places. Not chipped, but makes it look cheap.
