Review: Good Quality Protein - I rated 3 on flavour because aftertaste is totally creamy & which result in sometime vomit that i tried to control 99% of the time but only 3-4 Times i Vomitted. Doesnt matter the Protein is Good i was told by my trainer for it so i bought it.
Review: Received original product - I ordered it during the lockdown period and received it on time. The packaging was very good with safety precautions and i have been using it for a month now with no issues. I have purchased it before as well and i could tell that it tastes just as it should. ## Questions & Answers

**Q: How much protein should I take daily?**
A: Aim for 0.36g of protein per lb of body weight daily. Active people or those building muscle may need 0.54–1.1g per lb, depending on activity level and goals.

**Q: What’s the best time to take protein?**
A: Spread protein evenly through the day, including meals and snacks. Having protein within 1–4 hours after workouts helps recovery, but total daily intake matters most.

**Q: What is Whey Protein Isolate?**
A: Whey Protein Isolate is a purified form of whey with most fat and carbs removed. It’s a complete, fast-digesting protein ideal for those wanting high protein with minimal lactose.

**Q: What’s the difference between whey and isolate?**
A: Whey protein has some fat and carbs, while isolate is filtered to remove most of them. Isolate has more protein per serving and is lower in lactose.

**Q: Will protein make me bulky?**
A: No. Protein supports muscle repair and growth but doesn’t cause bulk on its own. Getting bulky requires intense strength training and calorie surplus.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Received original product
*by A***R on 9 July 2020*

I ordered it during the lockdown period and received it on time. The packaging was very good with safety precautions and i have been using it for a month now with no issues. I have purchased it before as well and i could tell that it tastes just as it should. For first time buyers i would mention that it does taste a bit sweeter than other flavors but it doesn't contain any sugar. Thanks amazon for making it available during this period.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100% Genuine product
*by M***U on 6 September 2019*

Only buy from Cloudtail India as it is sold by Amazon directly. I was skeptical about the authenticity of the product as there were many reviews claiming the product they received to be fake. I called Glanbia Nutrition India Pvt Ltd (Importer) and verified the product by giving them the batch code found underneath the tub, they told me that the product was absolutely genuine. Also i performed some checks that i found online to distinguish whether the product was original or not. The powder mixes well with water and Cookies and Cream tastes ok. I have been using it since 5 days and have no issues whatsoever. Muscle recovery is pretty good.
