I am writing this after one month use of usha janome stitch magic machine.Guys this is fantastic and very useful.works well, value for money, easy to use.you can go for it without any hesitation.

Good machine, worst service and support
Usha janome machine is very good, lightweight, Nice design. For speed there's a foot controller, also you get a hand controller when you want to slowly stitch something. There are around 57 different functions which are very useful.The only problem is the customer support and it’s service. I had been following the usha support and service team for around 10 days to get the demo and other functionality to work and use it better but looks like they don’t care about it.Worst service from USHA.

No demo , trap for demo and customer care . Dont buy it .
dont expect someone will come for demo . they will say yes then they will make you wait till there window to return the order closes .Machine is bit noise , not sure it is because of some fault or what , not sure even customer care will come here or not .

Value for money. Item is compact and portable. However performance is subject to usage. Item supplied without warranty card which may deprive me from warranty service. Item was returned due to abnormal mechanical noise.My replacement product was delivered 48hrs late than the expected date of delivery due to irresponsible delivery agent who didn't deliver my replacement product despite of my correct address. Replacement product was also not supplied with warranty card. I suggest product must be always supplied with warranty card as per listed on package. Performance of replacement product is subject to usage.Performance of replacement product after usage for 01 month(approx) has been found good which is meeting my requirements.
