This 3DXTech ezPC filament is definitely one of the easiest PC blends to print. If you're willing to spend some time fine tuning the details and taking measurements, you can get a consistently high quality and very durable print every time.I am printing this on a modified Prusa MK3S+.First and foremost in terms of importance is the enclosure. While certain small and simple parts can indeed be printed outside of an enclosure, an enclosure is the number one step to obtaining easy, quality printing. In terms of ambient temperature, the hotter the better. 40°C is a good starting point. 50°C, and even 60°C is even better; make sure your printer can handle those temperatures. (On the MK3S+, this means relocating both the PSU and the EINSY outside of the enclosure. If you absolutely cannot do an enclosure, a simple carboard box dropped over the printer will help immensely.Second, crank up the bed temperature as high as you can go without creating an elephant's foot. Most printers read the bed temperature underneath, but the actual bed surface temperature may be about 10°C cooler. On the MK3S+, I set the temperature at 125°C for an actual surface temperature of about 115°C. (Make sure your surface temperature never exceeds the glass transition temperature of 118°C.)Third, use a quality bed coating. Magigoo PC works perfectly. Apply a thin, consistent layer on the bed, and your parts won't come unstuck (unless you warp), but will pop off easily once the bed cools. You can reuse glue already laid down as long as you apply a thin coating to any spots that have been pulled up from the previous part. (Note you might get a ghosting of the previous part's outline if you don't wipe the glue clean and start fresh. This is cosmetic only.)4th, run the highest extruder temperature you can while maintaining the performance you need for overhangs and bridging. If your part is simple with minimal overhangs and bridging, run 280°C. If it has a lot, drop it to 270°C. Higher temperatures will reduce bridging and overhang quality, but significantly improve interlayer adhesion and overall part strength, as well as add a consistent surface texture.5th, slow your print down. If you have time to wait, I would consider 25-50 mm/s for most functions. This is especially important on small parts. If you print a lot of layers really fast, you may see part deformation or warping.The ultimate result is that these parts will be easy to print and very strong.I've also experimented with 3DXTech's 3DXMAX PC, which is pure PC, not blended like this. That PC is indeed much stronger, though generally I need the enclosure temp at 60-70°C, the extruder at 315°C, and the bed set to 145-150°C. Those parts end up being significantly stronger than the ezPC parts, but it requires a lot more skill and hardware capability to get right.

Temperature is key
This is a good filament and it’s okay, however going off of recommended temperature I would think 260 would be good enough. But I guess not. After several attempts at a print from different angles and sides, I’ve come to the conclusion that the filament not sticking to itself is from it not being hot enough. So if you don’t have a printer that doesn’t go over 260 I wouldn’t try this out, just a waste of money for you.

Good and easy to print
I am the owner of a additive manufacturing business and gave this a try because one of my clients want it used on their product very easy to work with but I do recommend printing on the higher side of temp to get better layer adhesion

Best polycarbonate ever
This is amazing filament. I would say you definitely need a printer with an enclosure and use brim setting because it will warp up a little if you don't. If you need something thats going to be extremely strong and be able to handle daily abuse then this should be your go to. As soon as I started printing with it I immediately can on here and ordered another roll of this. Thank you 3DXTECH for making this line of EZ polycarbonate and EZ Carbon Fiber PC filament its exactly what I have been looking for. To anyone second guessing buying this don't think just buy it and enjoy the EZ printing that follows..
