## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why are there only four sheets inside after opening the package?**
A: Hi, the sheet must absorb water before it can be used properly.

**Q: Does it need to be soaked in water before each use?**
A: No need to soak it every time. Our product features dry white resin pellets inside and waterproof fabric outside. Once water is absorbed, it locks it in to prevent leakage.

**Q: Can ice packs be frozen or heated?**
A: It is suitable for both cold and hot use. It can be placed in the freezer for freezing, and can also be heated in a microwave or hot water.
