This wheat germ is quite old-school, but has lots of minerals and vitamins. I don't really like the term 'superfood', but I guess this qualifies as one. Easy to mix a couple of tablespoons into smoothies, yogurt, cereal, etc. without objectionable tastes or smells. I think of it as a vitamin powder. Review: Versitile and tasty. - Liked it ever since I was a kid and would have this as a cereal. Today in pancakes, french toast, oatmeal, and yogurt,its the best. When I do oatmeal I use rolled oats, Wheat germ, real maple syrup, vanilla, bananas, and raisins makes oatmeal that is good to keep in the fridge and heat it up another day or have it cold. The Wheat germ adds a sort of nutty flavor to the mix and its great as a the next day. French toast is great also, 2 eggs, milk or half and half, vanilla,maple syrup and blend it then dip the bread in this batter and then in the fry pan with some butter. Sometimes you don't need extra syrup to the finished french toast. If you have leftover just put it in the fridge and I like it cold but you can reheat it and its breakfast with an egg in a minute.
