Highly Recommend. Nice limited palette to use
I love these paints; they are so strong, creamy, easy to use and never crack I originally bought the darker palette first which are quite dark and transparent. The lighter version is slightly opaque (not chalky), but mix beautifully with the darker set to give you more choice for lighting and mood in your artwork. I have many artist quality paints with perfect lightfastness. I donโt know these ink lightfastness, but really donโt care, as I mainly use these paints for fun and practice without being concerned of the outcome. I enjoy using these and would highly recommend. However being Japanese ink they probably have a good lightfastness rating, lol. Super fast delivery too.

Very heavily pigmented, like tempera
Nice opaque watercolors..very high pigments. Im not certain how well layering would work because they really look like Egg Paint
