The first one broke 3 months after I purchased it, and I had to go through many hoops to return it, but ultimately, desertcart was AWESOME in this respect. They sent me a new one and credited my shipping, and I thought all was well. One week after I got the new one, the second one I bought broke as well! Apparently, these are incredibly poor quality. One, I can understand. But both? In less than 4 months?
