Instructions were clear, and I didn’t have to thread it myself, which I was nervous about since I’m a noob! The machine wasn't working because I didnt plug it in correctly. Customer service contacted me and fix the problem. They went out they way to assist me and now I am a very happy customer. The service was excellent very professional. This FY505 serger machine is easy to thread and they have a very detailed video on setting up the machine. I give this service 100%. ### ⭐ First day it came in it was broken *by L***Y on February 28, 2026* I was so excited whenever it came in. Reasonably priced. Was ready to get to work. I have a lot of projects I have to do. Spent a little bit of time. I would say about 30 minutes getting it all set up. If you know, you know over lock machines take a little bit of time . After I did that I literally plugged in the pedal and it just started running. And I mean like I put my foot fully on the pedal I was confused. I pulled out the pedal. Tried to pull it up to see if maybe it was jammed and it wasn't. So I did it again just to make sure it wasn't some type of glitch. In there, it was running at full speed by itself. So to test it out, I put my foot on the pedal. And I could hear it accelerate as if it was like a double engine.
