This is the first Bluetooth key board I am using and I genuinely think that my inability to commission this robustly also could be an issue. But basically this is not as real time as you would like it to be resulting in frequent drop of characters. Additionally if there is no activity, possibly to conserve battery, it goes in snooze and you may loose a lot of initial characters typed. Personally I am ready to accept this initial keys lost problem. However the dropped keys when it is clearly awake is annoying. For the first time I wanted to return something I bought but now it is not possible since the purchase is two weeks beyond the stipulated duration limit of return policy. ### ⭐ Worst product *by J***I on Reviewed in India on 25 June 2019* Worst product, after just few uses its not working. Plus it is not returnable item and thsy they are providing us the worst product.
