The book starts with general description of common terms used in Human Anatomy & then it enters into various sections of human body e.g. head, torso, arms, hands, legs, feet. It explains these sections at 3 levels - basic skeleton - bones of the section (e.g. torso) , muscles of that section (muscles of torso), & then superficial layer (skin of torso). It also explains what changes occur at superficial level when a particular movement happens e.g. when you lift your shoulders up - which bones move & in what direction the bones move. So overall - it is must buy for artists who wants to learn about human body in artistic viewpoint. One of the best book on Human Anatomy for Artists. It's a must have book for those aspiring artists who want to work on human body.
