Nice versatile product! Prone, seated and sissy squats!
This is a terrific machine. Love that you can do seated hamstring curls or prone with a quick switch of the seats and pins. It holds a lot of weight, its smooth and the additional weight holder is nice. You just need to make sure you have the pin set on the right hole before extensions or curls. If it's not adjusted right, when you extend/curl it seems like it won't work (either over rotates and the weight gets "stuck" at the top...or doesnt rotate enough to get full extension) - so you just need to move the pin a hole or two for the correct rotations/leverage point. Now that I know where I like my settings, I marked them with a sharpie for quicker switching out. There are a TON of holes to choose your perfect movement and right extension for your leg length. For reference, I'm 5'6 and my husband's 5'11 and it fits us both just fine. ✨️BONUS: I also use this for sissy squats. Just get the pad in behind your knees while facing the seat, toes against the bottom bar and away you go, locks you in nice! ...BUT don't do sissy squats without having additional weight on the extra weight peg in the back or you risk tipping the machine. I looked at a lot of machines and am glad I went with this one. The pad is thick on the seat, back and leg. Good quality and sturdy!

Great Product!
I’ve only had this machine for a short time but for the money it is a really great machine for my home gym. This product is very sturdy and you can add a decent amount of weight to it. It only took me about 30 minutes or less to put together and the instructions were very simple to follow. The majority of the machine was pre- assembled, which made it quicker to put together. This machine looks great in my home gym and the quality is there as well. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a good home gym leg machine.

Not commercial grade, but quick and easy assembly.
Assembly: ★★★★★ Instructions are straightforward, some parts are pre-assembled (mechanical), all tools are included, you can be exercising in under an hour. You're basically assemble pre-assembled pieces just so it can stand up and so you can sit on it. ASSEMBLE THE ENTIRE THING ONLY FINGER-TIGHT FIRST. Yes, everything will be super loose, but hold together and give you a chance to spot issues before tightening. Sockets would be speedier, but included tools are sufficient. Don't over tighten, the steel WILL ABSOLUTELY BEND IN. Seems relatively stable for what it is. Quality: ★★★ Definitely not commercial grade as claimed. Steel is just basic mild and thin (typical cheap home equipment), non-glossy and rough, mild powder coat which wears easily. Commercial grade would be thicker and heavier steel with glossy coating, weighing 50%-100% more. The only pieces possibly approaching "commercial grade" are the mechanicals for weights. If they were as mild as the frame, it would all eventually fold onto itself under weight. At least one piece arrived worn down to bare metal and it was evident that it was packed this way, because there's a lot of bubble wrap and the range of wear is too great for what packaging would allow. Poor quality control. Another concern is small bolts used to hold together few weight-bearing parts. See one of the reviews with the bent arm and worn pivot bearing. Instructions for use: ★ None. Save the photo from Amazon page and good luck. Usability: ★★★★ There's barely any load with the weight hanging in its home position. You'll have to set it up so the weight is rotated in order to preload. Luckily, adjustability range is infinite. I'm 5'10" and the machine is not too small. Think it would be usable for someone up to 6"2"+ (I had to scoot the back rest forward and seat higher up, because that's how much it accommodates). Portability: ★★★★ It's not commercial garden, so you'll easily move it around. While you can't push it through the doors room to room, you can fold down the backrest and it'll be 29" tall, which will allow you to drag it through door openings at least that wide. Dimensions are misleading. You'll need at least a foot more on sides and back for weight storage / weigh-down and weight swapping, and obviously a lot of space in the front, depending on which exercises you'll use it for. Final thoughts: Need some sort of handle on weight peg, so one can easily pre-load. It's too easy to get hurt as it is now. I'd gladly pay $200 more for heavier steel and glossy, durable finish, because the machine is large enough, has a very good range of adjustability in regards to seating and offers a variety of exercises (not just for legs). Need a printed exercise guide. How-to video would be nice (there's a QR code linking to YT videos, but this machine is missing from the list. Definitely don't be fooled by "Small company / Ours vs. Others blah blah.." This is, in fact, a piece produced by one Chinese factory and painted differently for different "Brands," which will soon disappear (that's just how they all operate out of China). Do purchase a protection plan (see one of the reviews with bent / worn mechanical parts).

Came Broke ... seller shipped me replacement parts
So I bought this machine for my vacation cabin as keeping my knees strong is super important at my age. My previous one was a 750 dollar XMARK machine and I have been using it for 5 years. If 750 is in your budget, then I suggest you buy that machine. It is superior. I knew better than to buy a 300 dollar machine but 750 was a bit hard to swallow for a second machine. So I compromised and bought this HVO machine. I used a 100 dollar coupon but only got 80 dollars of it at checkout for some reason. It came with broken parts so I will redo this review if I ever receive the broken parts. It seems sturdy and I think it will work as well as the other one. Some Comparisons to my XMARK Where XMARK WINS: XMARK has a much more substantial pivot bearing. XMARK has a grease fitting, HVO doesnt. XMARK is a more substantial solid machine and weighs 45 lbs more than the HVO Where HVO wins: HVO does more than simple leg extension and curls, you can lay on your stomach and do leg curls. HVO has 3 other workout configurations that my XMARK does not. HVO has a much better lower leg adjustment than my XMARK. BOTH machines are stable and solid. XMARK has gone 4 years of heavy daily use without issues. I need a couple parts to put the HVO through its paces. MORE TO COME UPDATE: HVO sent me the replacement parts and made me whole. They also sent me a free weight bench for my troubles. What an awesome company so I changed to 5 stars. No complaints with this purchase.

Perfect for home gym
Easiest part of my home gym to assemble. Takes up little room. My knees are shot due to 30 years of Airborne Infantry service. I use less than 100 lbs. I can’t comment on heavy weight use. It is absolutely perfect performance. Remove weight when not in use to preserve axle strength in the future. Nicely aligned. I only do single leg lifts so any pad alignment isn’t even an issue if it becomes canted in the future. No pad deviation if you do double leg lifts.

Machine
After normal use the Leg bar is bending. The pendulum is also now shifting when weight added dragging plates on the machine base. I didn't go above 200 lbs. I have tried all the trouble shootings. Even rebuilding the section with no success. I think its just mechanically flawed. Too bad. For the first two months it worked well (beside the sound).

Updated After HVO fixed the problem.
Initially I loved my purchase. Great price and seemed to do the job, but now the metal is fatigued from only 5 months of usage far below the 550 lbs advertised limit. In the attached photos you will see the vertical post that holds the counterweights and leg bar is twisting and the welds are snapping. I have been using it with less than 200 lbs, so it should be easily able to handle that load and torsion. They obviously used an insufficient gauge of metal to handle regular use. I would not buy unless this is addressed. Update: The customer service team worked quickly and shipped me a replacement unit. I was incredibly impressed with the speed at which they worked through it. While I cannot yet update its long term durability, it is running like a new unit and I am happily using it again. I will update in 30 days after some heavy sets. Updated the rating to 3 stars pending this stress test for the sake of good customer service.

Heavy Duty
Super easy to assemble. Box was pretty heavy, but luckily it comes with most of the parts already put together. Set up took less than 15 minutes. This thing doesn’t feel cheap and it has heavy duty metal pieces. You definitely can’t break it. It will take a while to find which set up works for you, but there are a lot of adjustments which helps. Can handle a lot of weight, overall good piece of equipment.

Price decent,quality good.Lots of options
Price reasonable for what it does.I mainly bought it for the seated ham curls and leg extensions. I've been doing lying ham curls for forty years. I've used this type of machine in gyms and on cruise ships. I find it targets the hams better. It was easy to put the machine together. I did it just by myself. I took my time. It took one hour. The quality of the paint is fine. It's not commercial quality paint finish but I'm ok with that. The gauge of the steel is good. One reviewer said not to overtighten or the metal bends. I didn't have that issue. I tightened till it was snug.Lots of increments for adjusting the seat and backrest which is nice. Also nice is that you can either use Olympic plates or Standard 1" hole plates. Update: /2026 May: I've been using this machine now for a year. I just use it for seated ham curls and seated leg extensions. It works well and targets the muscles nicely. But recently the piece that holds onto the weights became a little loose. The two screws won't tighten fully so with this causes the bar to jiggle a bit. This is a flaw in the design. The manufacturer should of instead used a bolt. So I drilled the two holes a little bigger to allow the bolt to be able to pass through. I attached also a lock washer so the nut won't loosen. Attached is a picture of my fix. Now the plate bar is solid and no jiggle.

Solid strong machine
Top notch, a little sloppy on the threw shaft but still great. Can use both 1 inch and 2 inch weights. Comfy seat. Has grown my quads surprisingly amount in the last few months. Not sure about the paint chips everyone is complaining about. I have no chips. I get a massive pu.p every 2 or 3 days with this machine, wsh I had bought one years ago. I would have tree truck legs by now

Good For The Home.
I was glad all parts were there, nothing damaged and very easy to assemble, which only took 30 mins on my own. It's not perfect, but for what I paid it sturdy and it works. I like the fact I could use my 1 inch hole plates.
