Then I saw this cover and absolutely love it. The chairs are green, so I got the green. It’s easy to wash and doesn’t shrink. I washed it in tab cold water and dried on low without an issue. It’s easy to put on even though I haven’t figured out the strap. I liked it so much I also got one for my living room couch in white. The cover has already saved my couch as literally only hours on, one of my cats threw up on it and it had to washed. Had it not been covered, I would have a big mess to clean. The purpose was to keep cat hair off the sofa especially along the top where he likes to sleep and look out the window. The fabric is nice and soft and pet hair doesn't cling to it as it does some of the other fabrics. It doesn't have to be adjusted when my cat climbs on it but it does need some adjustment occasionally when people sit on the sofa.
