I just went to my local running store today to talk to them about the 235 vs the 35 and they basically told me that they are the same watch except for thesefew differences.... the 235 has a color screen, longer battery life, and a few more running options like race pace estimating, V02 Max estimator, etc. If you go to the Garmin site and do the compare feature you can get a pretty good look at the differences. I also downloaded the manuals for both. I'm going to go with the 35. The extra features the 235 has are super nice but I don't think they are personally necessary for me. I run 5K's, half-marathons, and full-marathons and the 35 looks like it will be sufficient for me.
