They are black, but you can see through them, and they are quite small so I wouldn't recommend them if you have a large dog... I bought these and some 'concept living' ones at the same time to compare, as I was fed up with some nappy sacks being too thin for comfort and also difficult to get open (not the pack - the bags themselves!). Buying 200 of each, these cost less 0.95p a bag, and the concept living ones 1.75p.
