Wouldn't the touchpad have been better in center of Ergo style or Bigger keys (Less the numpad) ? I mean doesn't it get in the way?

It does, and I'm constantly turning the pad off due to accidental palm inputs - in fact, I only turn it on briefly when I need it. Fortunately, there's a quick keyboard shortcut to do so (fn + space bar). But I'd plan on using the touchscreen or a BT mouse for primary navigation, and the trackpad as only a backup.

Can the trackpad be folded 180° back, on top of the folded keyboard? I'm looking for a pad I can use on my knee, and don't care about the keyboard.

It can be folded back over the keypad. However, the keyboard is hardback and I am not sure how solidly it will stay on the knee. On my knee, it does rock a little. The keypad is a good size. Maybe with some kind of beanbag stabilizer??

As long as the TV has full Bluetooth capabilities - make sure it's not the limited proprietary kind! I haven't tried it with a TV specifically, but it does work well with everything else that supports BT keyboard connections.

When you're in your "Add Bluetooth Device" it should show as something like "Keyboard" or "Bluetooth Keyboard". And you should not have to enter a PIN or anything. It should just ask if you want to pair, and that should do it!
