Great quality
I have been using it for almost three years, it is still in good condition. Never had any issues. It is heavy and bulky. But is so easy to push around, easier than my umbrella stroller! So much space underneath so I always bring it when I go to the grocery. Yes, I use it as my shopping cart! I love that it can be changed to a double stroller as well, even though I did not have a second child as I planned. It is also pretty, has good material and design looks expensive. And most importantly, so comfy for my child to seat and nap. She used the Joovy bassinet for the first couple of months, then used the seat since 3 months old. I just got her a scooter and passed my Joovy Qool and accessories to a dear friend whose baby is due March 2022. Be aware it is heavier than many other trollers in the market, I love it but I also got a small stroller for travel. (Not sure if they change the material of the new model. They can be lighter. The 2019 version is about 30 lbs.)

Surprised this stroller isn’t talked about more
I bought this stroller with a newborn and 18 month old. I bought the adapters to have the car seat up top (Nuna brand) and 18 month old on the bottom facing forward. So convenient! The stroller is heavy, but with that is very sturdy. My babies are 2 and 9 months now and I have switched to using 2 seats and it’s even better! The shades on the seats are nice and extend and the overall quality and fabric of the seats is good. My 2 year old is riding up top with her little sister in front of her and has no problems! I honestly can’t recommend this stroller enough. Tires are good size and it is very easy to maneuver. If you need a double stroller that will last, this is it!

UPPA BABY without the price tag
I have tried convincing all my pregnant friends that they need this stroller. Want the uppa baby but don’t wanna spend the money?? Look no further!! This stroller is a sleek design, super sturdy, and amazingly smooth to push!! The only thing that sucks (which is a trend among strollers) is that you have to buy every attachment separately. But such is life these days. What I love: the big bottom basket, the leather push bar, the weight (I’m not a very big person and this isn’t hard for me to lift), how smooth it is to push, the black carbon metal, the fact that I can fit 3 kids on here!!! What I don’t love: I wish the seat it comes with was slightly bigger (or longer?) for when kids get to be older. Their legs will Hang off the foot rest. I would like to see them make this change in the future.

Save your money and buy UppaBaby instead!
Save your money! Loved this stroller but there is a known brake issue that Joovy refuses to acknowledge. After 1 year, the left brake will fail to engage and stroller can free roll. Had to have it replaced once by Joovy after a couple of months. Then after another year, the new stroller did the same thing. This time I was “out of warranty”. Was told I could have 10% off a new one. Finally reached out again and was told I could purchase a new frame because they knew of this defect and it was supposedly fixed. Bought a new frame for over $100. New one lasted one month longer than the warranty. Reached out to Joovy and nothing! I had a new baby and needed the stroller to be safe with a functioning brake. Switched to UppaBaby and cannot be happier!!! Lighter and way more manageable. Smoother ride and easier fold. Better company and better customer support. But most importantly, UppaBaby is a safer stroller with a working brake.

BEST stroller
Mom of 4 here. This has been my Favorite stoller. So many options and all attachments are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this stroller. I've been about to compare it to the Uppababy Vista and Mockingbird. Here are some things I noticed... Qool is much more sturdy then the mockingbird. Qool has better attachments then both brands Qool is easier to collapse then the Uppababy Qool cannot adjust main stroller chair footrest( Uppababy can ) Qool has has WAY more configurations. I use the stroller chair (parent facing)along with the toddler bench. Side note. All my children take turns sitting on the bench seat option. Ages 2yr- 11yr.

Better as a sit and stand or triple
My rating is based solely on this stroller as a single because that is what you get if you buy this product. However my review will include information on it as a sit and stand, double, or triple. This product, purchased as is here, is a single stroller. And it is a single stroller with some nice touches. It comes with; -belly bar (this is usually an add on for strollers in this price range) which is removable and swivel away from either side. - seat, which is reversible and reclinable, however it only has an 18.5” seatback which is pretty low for a nicer stroller. Also the footrest is not adjustable. Since this is a bucket seat stroller a non adjustable footrest is only a big deal when baby is old enough to sit upright but not tall enough for their knee to bend at the end of the seat. However, if the footrest were adjustable you could also adjust it level with the folded frame and cut several inches off the folded length of this stroller. This is the first time I’ve seen a full size stroller that didn’t have an adjustable footrest. -canopy, it is extendable by an easy zipper, once extended it can reach all the way to the belly bar. Instead of a peekaboo window the last panel of fabric can be folded out of the way to reveal mesh, you can watch baby or use this for airflow. This is a very nice touch. -basket, the basket is insane. It has high enough sides to hold stuff in but not so high to make it inaccessible from the sides. You can access it from all 4 sides of the stroller with ease. Even if the seat is in the lower position and you feel like it’s a little more difficult, the front unzips to make accessibility easier. The basket is big enough to easily fit TWO good size diaper bags. -handlebar, is nice and leather covered although my leather is starting to puff a bit at the area where it meets the center adjustment button and it’s only a month old. The handlebar is telescoping which is quite nice when using the bench seat, though I think they could add 1 more adjustment and it would be better for taller parents and for not kicking the feet of a bench seat rider (and would allow a child on a rider board to be able to stand between the canopy and handle even if the seat was in the upper position) -fold, is a bit big for a single stroller, I refer back to my comment on the adjustable footrest. I do like that it folds in 1 piece so you do not have to remove the seat in upper or lower position. I also like that the fold is no bigger with the tote or bench seat attached as well. The way it folds though leaves much to be desired. If you want to keep a meticulous stroller don’t even try the Qool, it folds onto the floor which scratches up your footrest. It also does not stand when folded. I’ve managed to learn to grab the belly bar as I’m folding it to hold it and keep it from falling onto the concrete. It also is a 2 hand fold, you have to pull up on peices on each side of the handlebar. -weight, again, a bit heavy for a single but not any bigger than a comparable stroller like the Baby Jogger City select -frame, seems very sturdy, doesn’t have any wriggle too it. It has 2 slots to put the seat into. However you need adaptors in the slots to fit the seat into and it only comes with 1 set and another seat isn’t easily ordered from Amazon. What does this mean? It means if you have baby in the lower position, maybe to give a bench rider more space, and then you arrive at a cafe and want to use the stroller right at the table you not only have to remove the seat but you have to remove the adapters, move them to the upper position and then move the seat into the adapters. This isn’t a huge deal but, if you’re thinking of little details like a leather handlebar and included belly bar, why are we not including 2 adapters or an adjustable footrest? It’s like they thought of the little things and stopped including them halfway through design. The frame also has slots to put in front adapters (sold separately) to convert it to a double stroller (or to use your seat with the tote, sold separately). -wheels, the wheels are a good size, it handled grass, dirt, gravel, and cracks in the sidewalk with ease, even with someone in the bench seat. Yet they aren’t so big that the fold is huge. Now, there are accessories you can buy, including ones that will make this a sit and stand or a double or triple stroller. Everything is sold separately. You can buy the bench seat which works with the seat in the upper or lower positions forward facing. In the upper position you lose a lot of rear accessibility to the basket but have a ton from the front. In the lower position you can still access the basket behind the bench seat. The bench seat easily clicks on and off or can be folded with the stroller. It has a backrest, adjustable footrest, and seatbelt. Though the seat, in my humble opinion, isn’t the sturdiest, it’s not even a board but more like a really sturdy cardboard. It works but I’ve had a kid stand on it trying to see over the canopy and that pops the seat through the frame partially and then it has to be popped back. Again, the little details. You can buy front adapters for the seat, this allows you to use the seat with the tote while forward facing or with the bench seat parent facing (these positions are not possible without the front adapters). Using the seat with the front adapters though makes the stroller almost as long as any double tandem stroller. You can buy a second seat to use with the front adapters. These allows you to have a double stroller with 2 full seats or a triple stroller with 2 full seats and 1 bench seat. The nice thing is that the second seat is a full size, same as the original, seat. You can also buy a bassinet or car seat adapters for use with your newborn. As a single the stroller is OK but there are many similar options. It pushes well as a single and even as a double or triple. As a double you still have to remove the second seat to fold it so I don’t really feel like it has anything over the City Select or Contours strollers. But as a triple or single with a bench seat it shines. There are so few “triple” options that aren’t a beast. And most sit and stand options either cannot be folded without removing or their are nearly as big as a double stroller so don’t save you any space. This stroller folds with the bench attached and folded or open it’s not any bigger with the bench attached. I still feel like, for this price, there are some details they missed. But it fits in such a missed stroller market that it’s really THE option for those unique situations.

I love this stroller! It's heavy but worth its weight for all it does.
I love this stroller! It works perfect for my family. We have a 2 year old and a newborn so we bought the carseat adapter and lower adapters. My toddler loves the big canopy and he seems very comfy. And my newborn is nice and secure in her carseat. My one complaint about the carseat adapter is that it shakes if you go over rough ground. But I hold it steady when I push it through grass and that helps. The stroller itself does really well on rough ground, not as well as our joovy zoom, but it does really well. My only real complaint about the stroller is that its heavy! But I also have to lift it up into our Escalade if I didnt have to lift it so high it would be easier. Also it is extremely sturdy so at least you know why it's heavy, I have to concerns about it the stroller getting bent or broken.

I had a single stroller but I'm expecting my second baby, so they will be 23 months apart, which means both need a stroller. So I decided to sell mine and buy this one. We are using it with only one seat for now. My toddler is 21 months and 35 inches. So the seat is already small for him. If I pull the sunshade you can see his head coming out... That's why it doesn't get 5 stars. There are almost no strollers for tall kids, but my Mutsy IGO could have fit him for an extra year, considering the extra space he had left. But I also understand that if you need to put two kids in a stroller, there has to be a height limit for seat so they don't bump into each other... Other than that, it really is light, moves super smoothly, and my kid loves to climb to it!
