These silicone baking mats work great. I have been using them for several months and I no longer need to use parchment paper. I have used for baking cookies and ever making beet chips and nothing sticks and the sheets to no discolor. They are slightly oversized from my baking plan for not by much. I have even used them without the baking pan and they are rigid enough to sit directly on an oven rack without an issue. I have not placed them in the dishwasher because they are so easy to clean by hand. Good value, durable so far - I would recommend.

I have two and I'm glad I do, it's fantastic, sticks to any surface naturally, no residue to worry about, super easy to clean, and it's tough enough that a normal knife doesn't cut it, I have two in case anything happened to the first one but it's so durable that I can't envision a problem.
