The sheet needed washing prior to being put on the bed to help reduce the crispness of the material, once washed, dried and ironed the sheet felt a little softer. The sheet was a good size for the single bed and I was able to tuck it around and under the mattress. It is a good colour, nice and bright. I think this is a good price for a nice quality fitted sheet.
