A: Yes a water bottle fits and still some extra space

A: Yes it's the perfect size! My daughter is 3 1/2 and it's great- it's tiny so it only fits a change of clothes, essentials & small toy for on the go..

A: My daughter-in-law who is about 5'7" or8" said that the straps were too short for her.
