The initial setting is great for us, giving just the right amount of soap to wash your hands, the buttons work well and you can increase the dispensed amount very easily. The soap doesn’t drip after dispensing and the nozzle cuts off the flow very well. I accidentally put the batteries in the wrong way round and the filled it with soap, it’s very hard to change the batteries with it full of soap! Also it would be nice to have an off switch as you have to be very careful when moving the unit, which can cause it to dispense accidentally!
