Ordered this thinking it was a quality B-complex product containing active Folate, it doesn't. This product contains the synthetic version Folic Acid which can cause issues to people with MTHFR issues. If you have certain health issues due to MTHFR mutations (around 40% of the world population) taking folic acid can compound your negative symptoms. Waste of money in my case

Easy to swallow!
Finally a complex of B vitamins in a super high dose released over time that are not causing me to gag. I’ve tried many others but always gave up on them. Finally, after having found these tablets, I can boost my health. The smell is not as offending as that of the other tablets, however, they do smell a bit. This is a normal smell of B vitamins and not a sign of an inferior product like some people think. I don’t really mind the taste either because I can swallow them so quickly that I can hardly notice anything. The vitamins are really good and essential for vegans and vegetarians and definitely make me feel more energised and I can perform better in the gym.I wouldn’t say they are any better than the good quality ones I used to buy from a health store but the difference is that I can actually take these! I will be definitely buying only these from now on. This brand is becoming my favourite one for any sort of supplements.

Terrible smell, I throw the entire jar on the bin
There was a really bad smell on these tables, and after having it opened for a few seconds the entire room was smelling. I took one and my stomach didn't quite like it as well, so I ended up throwing the whole jar in the bin. What a waste of money.I used to buy their Theanine supplement, but now I'm never buying anything from Best Naturals again.
