First add a pinch of salt to some cool water (1 1/2 cups) then add a cup of washed sushi rice to the salted water then place on heat for 15 minutes on high stirring occasionally once all water has been absorbed by the rice take of heat and let stand for 10-15 minutes and its READY!!!
