When it was finally released the deal on desertcart was too good to pass up. For a brief time it was 50 bucks off and a free strap so I went for it. To be honest I thought the strap (currently 29.99) was going to be a basic nylon deal with plastic hardware. To my surprise that is not the case. The strap it a very high quality nylon type material that reminds me of premium camera straps. All of the hardware is metal, nice touch. The Anker name is a raised rubber type material and the other side has rubber ribs for grip if you need it. I have taken many photos to show how nice it is. On the Anker power station the rings are kind of hidden but they are there, as far as I can tell the rings in the power station are metal as well. So who is this for? While the short carry handle is really nice and strong, it's not the ideal way to carry this unit over a long distance. So if your power station isn't going to be moved often or moved very far just skip it. For short hikes, it's a must have and whatever price it is, know that it's a high quality item, thumbs up.
