iRobot Roomba Combo 10 Max Robot Vacuum and Mop + AutoWash Dock - Multi-Functional Base, Refills Bin, Washes & Dries It's Pad, Self-Emptying, Auto-Retract Pad, Avoids Obstacles

We had an older version of Roomba, around 7 years old. It does a better job. This one leaves the dirt on the carpet everywhere! We cleaned the bin, wiped censors etc, no difference! It does not have strong suction and can not pick up. Older version is more powerful! Shockingly disappointing customer service from Amazon too. They don’t exchange, as I am not sure if we received a defective or returned item. They only accept return, while they doubled the price. Returning this and looking into different brands. Such a shame as we loved our previous IRobot.

This Roomba was on a very good offer when we bought him. However, he came without a proper box, just in a brown ordinary packing box. There were no instructions and he had a couple of marks on the top of him. Anyway, we set him up and away he went. He is very thorough and cleans everything. He is better on hard surfaces obviously,than carpets but he does get a lot of the grit and dirt that the dogs bring in, but leaves some of the dog hairs on the rug. I still like him though even though one day he got himself stuck in the bathroom whilst we were out. He managed to close the door on himself.. I love the way he collects the dirt then goes and empties it on his own. I haven't tried the mopping bit yet but I'm sure he is just as good at that too. I will get him mopping once he has mapped all the house. I think it took a couple of goes before he had done the whole house. He certainly was value for money at the price we got him for, but not sure if I would have paid the full price for him. He was fairly easy to connect after watching a couple of videos on YouTube, even though we couldn't find the exact model. Anyway, we are certainly glad we got him as he seems to do a good job on the hard floors and the bedroom carpets but the lounge rugs will need the normal vacuuming to give them a deeper clean.. I want one now that does the rest of the cleaning 🤣

I bought this, and had issues from day one. The dirt it vacuums gets lodged between the rollers and the little plastic box in the robot. It then builds up and starts putting the dirt back on the carpet, which means the little box that needs emptying never has anything in it. I have spoken to support who told me to return it....it doesn't have great suction as I noticed also that a lot of dirt was being left on the floor. Hugely disappointing

Great suction, good at mopping, but awful at emptying the bin, I have a dog that sheds A LOT, and whilst it's great at picking the hair up, it just can't expel it out of the vacuum into the dock's integral bin, meaning the bin needs manually emptying after every time it thinks it's full. Noise wise, it's really quiet, and the scheduled programs are are good as are it's mapping features, can navigate really well. As the title states, it's a great device, if you can get it on offer, which at time of writing was £699.

You NEED an irobot in your life! 5 ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! I have dogs and I struggle to keep the house clean, especially with shiny floors. Herbert senses went to vacuum when to mop, doesn't use too much solution so the floors aren't slippy. He then takes himself home, cleans off his own mop pad, recharges with freshwater and cleaning solution, empties his own dirty tank, empties his own vacuum container, recharges his battery if necessary, and then starts all over again! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. I had a small issue with my robot and Svetoslav at iRobot was so incredibly helpful, resolved my problem immediately with no quibbles. WELL DONE iROBOT!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Was very excited to buy this but after a year I am disappointed. Mapping is slow and inaccurate, it always misses parts of the rooms while cleaning, no longer refills with water and I cannot work out why, often clogs while emptying, water and dirt mix up and turn into a hard caking soup which then blocks the dock and it is very awkward to clear out requiring disassembly of some parts. Basically needs regular attention and maintenance and is not very user friendly when things go wrong - which they do regularly.

Unfortunately we bought this when discounted to £999 and is now £550 and not on offer! This and the pathetic quality shows its current rating at 3.3 and is not worth that high. Now have to be wait weeks for it to be repaired, no Amazon refund allowed so will buy an alternative probably a Eufy elsewhere

I like the idea of a combined vacuum and mop, but I think this was iRobot's first attempt and the mop function is not brilliant. The mop is curved at the back which means it doesn't get to the floor edges.

Compré este robot como una mejora de nuestra cecotec y como nuestro primer modelo con base, y sin darle mucho valor a las reseñas negativas confié en iRobot siendo una marca premium en mi mente, pero vaya chasco nos llevamos. La navegación es ridícula, en parte por que este robot no tiene Lidar si no que usa sólo la camara para navegar. El mapa que hizo del piso es penoso, y la navegación es un desastre. Mientras limpia se salta partes de la habitación, cuando sale a limpiar da vueltas sin sentido, y varias veces tuvo muchos problemas intentando entrar en su base desde ángulos raros. No se vació bien en la base, el deposito del robot seguía lleno de pelos y polvo. Es más varias veces interrumpió la limpieza diciendo que el depósito estaba lleno cuando no lo estaba, esto se puede deshabilitar en la app. La función de fregado es muy básica y la autolimpieza de la mopa acaba generando mucha humedad en la base que hace que el polvo recogido y no bien aspirado acabe haciendo una pasta. La aplicación es muy básica, no hay forma de corregir los mapas o marcar bien las zonas, y la creación de tareas programadas deja mucho que desar. No se puede ajustar el orden en que limpia las habitaciones haciendo que de vueltas inecesarias por la casa. En fin, por este precio no vale la pena, ahora entiendo el descuento y caida de precio tan rápido que ha tenido desde su salida. No deberían haber sacado este producto con esta calidad nunca.

Zuerst die Lieferung kam pünktlich an. Wir besitzen einen günstigen (von Tikom) Saug- und Wischroboter mit dem wir sehr zufrieden sind. Wir haben uns dennoch dazu entschieden uns umzusehen, da wir einen wollten, der sich selbst reinigen kann. Tja, somit begann die Enttäuschung. Als wir ihn bekamen, haben wir ihn rumfahren lassen, damit er sich einen Plan von der Wohnung machen kann. Wir stellten fest, dass er lauter ist, als unseren Roboter, den wir zu Hause haben. Der Irobot klackerte und wenn er an die Möbel gestoßen ist, waren es locker 77 dezibel. Über Nacht war er am Laden. Am nächsten Tag testeten wir ihn und waren schockiert. Er saugte grauenhaft, er nahm den Schmutz nicht weg bzw. mit, sondern verteilte ihn zu 80% nur. Hatte auch eine Fehlermeldung, ohne ersichtlichen Grund, da er erstmal zur Station fahren musste. Kurz vor der Station fuhr er erneut los und somit wussten wir nicht, was die Fehlermeldung beinhaltet. Als er dann mit dem Wischen began, kamen zu 90% nur 3 Streifen raus, sprich das waren die Düsen. Das Zimmer wurde somit nicht gewischt, nur vereinzelte Stellen an dem er sich erinnert hat, dass er scheinbar eine Wischfunktion hat. Außerdem war er dabei einen Raum zu ,,reinigen" und plötzlich blieb er stehen und hebte den Wischer zu seiner Position, stelle den Sauger ein, sowie die Wischfunktion, fuhr einfach aus dem Zimmer raus und wischte irgendwo anders. Fazit 1/3 des Raumes war immer dreckig!! Was natürlich super ist, ist das er über eine Kamera verfügt und Gegenstände wie Teppiche oder auch Möbel teilweise erkennt und sie umfährt. Sehr gut klappt dies bei Kabel oder Pantoffel. Jedoch nicht bei Wäscheständer. Was auch gut ist, dass er sich selbst reinigt, wobei es auch hier bedenken gibt, da er für die Tuchtrocknung 4 Stunden braucht! Hinzukommt, dass es schön wäre, wenn man in der App sehen könnte, wo er genau gewischt hat. Dies fehlte uns. Wenn ich nach Schulnoten gehen würde, wäre dieses Produkt definitiv : Mangelhaft (5). Ein Stern bekommen die Entwickler trotzdem, da die Idee dahinter, sprich das er sich selbst reinigen und trocknen kann, als auch mit der Kamerafunktion, er Hindernisse erkennt und umgeht, echt eine tolle Idee ist! Aber dennoch: Bitte arbeiten Sie an Ihrem Produkt! Wir bleiben erstmal bei unserem günstigen Produkt, da er seine Aufgaben super erfüllt und deutlich günstiger war. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, da viel positives von iRobot gehört haben.

Scrivo questa recensione con libertà di opinione in quanto ho acquistato il Combo 10 Max a 1499€ appena uscito. Non l’ho ricevuto gratuitamente come gli altri recensori che devono per forza fare la recensione positiva. Il robot arriva a casa con 3 giorni di ritardo causa Poste Italiane ma comunque ben inscatolato e protetto. Il cartone pesa quasi 18kg quindi occhio quando lo acquistate. Appena vedi il robot e la base capisci subito che è un prodotto di altissima qualità oltre ad essere fornito di vari ricambi che non è una cosa scontata. Avendo già altre esperienze con Irobot ero super eccitato da provare questo concentrato di tecnologia. Collego il robot all’app e scarico la mappa già presente nel mio cloud (possiedo un i7+ e un braava m6) e avvio la prima pulizia e lavaggio. Il robot carica l’acqua e parte. Rumoroso il giusto son molto contento che mentre aspira e lava evita mobili e gambe del tavolo ma piano piano mi accorgo che per fare ciò lascia parecchio spazio non pulito. per giunta il lavaggio risulta più una lucidatura in quanto il panno resta abbastanza asciutto e non lascia bagnato il pavimento, infatti nonostante il fantomatico “Smart scrub” non riesce a pulire dello sporco secco che il mio vecchio m6 pulisce in un attimo. Torna alla base e ci mette ben 4 ore ad asciugare un pannetto mezzo asciutto con un rumore da fornetto ventilato. Convinto di aver sbagliato io qualcosa inizio a trafficare con l’app, aumento forza di aspirazione e liquido extra ma nonostante varie prove continua ad aspirare decisamente peggio del mio i7+ e “lavare” in modo imparagonabile al mio m6. Parliamo di un roboth da 1499€ che non è riuscito nemmeno a riconoscere il mio tappeto del bagno non aumentando potenza di aspirazione né alzando il panno! Sono ancora fiducioso che col tempo impari allora lascio un po’ di sporco in giro, peli di barba per terra e avvio il lavaggio mirato della stanza. Sorprendente il fatto che evita completamente e senza motivo la zona con i peli lasciandoli ovviamente per terra probabilmente riconoscendo 4mm di peli di barba come degli ostacoli insormontabili. La goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso! Restituito immediatamente dopo solo 10 giorni di prove. Resto con la mia combinazione i7+ più braava m6 finché non trovo un robot combinato soddisfacente. Mi darò anch’io alle marche cinesi. IRobot complimenti hai perso un cliente per sempre!
