Harris Trade Angled Sash Brush 1.5"

This paint brush is hands down the best paint brush I've ever used. I've used it with both oil-based and water-based paints, and it performs brilliantly with both. It gives excellent control for cutting in, holds paint well, and leaves a really smooth finish. To be honest, I've probably abused it a bit in a few projects! It hasn't always been cleaned as carefully or as quickly as it should have been, yet it's still going strong. The bristles have held their shape remarkably well, and it continues to perform just as well as when I first bought it. It's one of those rare tools where you can immediately tell the quality is a step above the average DIY brush. It's versatile and a good comfortable size too. An outstanding brush that delivers professional-looking results and seems almost indestructible. I've put it through its paces and it just keeps going. Easily the best paint brush I've ever owned.

Bought as a duplicate so two of us could do cutting in. The Harris brushes have been excellend quality at a reasonable price and this one is no different. The bristles rarely if ever come out and the angled ones in particular have been ideal for cutting in even though we're not anywhere near professional and only paint once every so often. This brush definitely helps and is nicely angled and very easy to control with a high degree of precision. At 1.5" it's an ideal size for most cutting in (though professional probably use much larger!).

It might be cheap but it works very well. Perfect for difficult to reach area like ceiling corners.

I used to just shape an old 1" paint brush to make a cutting in brush thus the bristles were shorter and less fkexible with less accuracy in the corners. First time I have bought proper brushes for cutting in, I have to say I wish I had bought them years ago. Good length bristles giving accurate cutting in and flexibility in all tight spaces, a good length wooden handle. Comfortable to use. Just like good old fashioned paint brush, a pleasure to use. Reasonably priced so I bought 4.
