Convenient size for recording information needed at a letter date. I record the sharpening angle for every knife I own and also those that I sharpen for family and friends. When that knife returns for another sharpening I can repeat the angle or alter it based on how quickly the knife needed to be resharpened. The book is small and easily fits into the case that holds all my sharpening equipment. There’s more than enough pages to cover every knife I could ever sharpen. The paper is not fountain pen ink friendly, minus one star.
