When I had pain I used it 3 times a day for 3-4 days and it relieved my pain and reduced leg swelling due to a sports related injury. My wife also used it for low back pain and she said it works like aspirin but without stomach cramps. I still have about 20 tablets left because we only use it occasionally when needed. Definitely recommended and worth trying for mild to moderate pain. If you have pain from an injury you can take it up to 4 times a day.
