He has ADHD. I've only found two supplements on the market that he will actually take, this being one of them. The other is a liquid and requires more time for me in the morning. I have to pour and make sure he takes without spilling it (which happens a lot). So this one is super easy and he LOVES the taste. My son is picky so not easy to find supplement he'll take.I can't comment as much as the effectiveness of fish oil on ADHD. I still am uncertain. No, it's not a magic cure that is going to make your kids do better in school. But I do feel there is enough evidence that it can improve brain function.
