Very low quality false economy trainers. These are like every other cheap sets of trainers, they look super cool however soon realise how low quality these are and especially for a very active kid. The upper part of the trainer is all good the colour and material choice is spot on with set of false elasticated laces and a velcro band to hold them on. Now the main issue as always is the soles, these are made from an injection formed foam that is not dense at all, the heal area is nice and thick however like many others they have cheaped out and gone way to thin on the rest of the sole, directly under the front of the foot the material is so thin, most of the thickness is in the tread which with active kids will soon wear out as it is a soft foam base, the trainers have been padded out by thicker insoles which is the cheaper option to add comfort. now from experience it is for my children always the fronts that get scuffed and the front part of the shoe just behind the toes that always wear out first so at just shy of £19 these are very poor value for money and will need replacing fairly quickly. I myself generally avoid these kinds of trainers but wanted to see if these were different which they are not, for me the value is always going to be based on the quality of the sole on a trainer and as such these are a 3 star product.
