I typically buy 1) the screws, 2) the drill bit and 3) the driver. This kit includes all 3 and they are top quality components that are purpose built. This saved me the time of sourcing the parts and made the job much easier. They work well on stucco siding.

If you are using these for a project where hole placement needs to be precise, look elsewhere.I was anchoring a piece that required a specific 4-hole pattern and used the drill bit provided in the package. The bit is absolute trash—it wore down almost immediately and barely made it through the job. Worse yet, two of the screws snapped clean off during installation under normal torque.The real nightmare with concrete screws is that once a screw snaps flush inside the hole, you can't easily back it out, rendering that hole completely useless. Because my project follows a strict layout pattern, losing a hole meant I couldn't just "skip" it. I had to shift the entire template and drill four completely new holes into the concrete just to restart the process.Between the brittle metal of the screws and the garbage quality of the included drill bit, this kit turned a simple job into a massive headache. Buy higher-grade anchors and a real masonry bit instead.
