I am able to do almost 10 pounds of meat at one time. The 10 trays make it super economical. It doesn't matter if you're using 1 tray or all 10. It has a basic set and forget way of working. It is even quieter than what I had before. As you can see in the picture, I don't have a lot of space as I live in a camper. It fits perfectly on my island counter with room to spare.
