Review: Don’t even try - I am an intermediate sewer. Bought this machine to make clothes and textiles for my home as l sold my old one when l moved to new place. Firstly, the foot pedal had a major issue that it cannot adjust the speed, from slight press, it went full speed. (found many YouTube videos to solve the issue, although didn’t work for the one l got) The machine sewed crazy, took 2cm more from where l initially wanted to stop always as the pedal response was inaccurate. Secondary, the needle position dial didn’t do its job. The needle was always located on the most left side. I didn’t try other stitch lines. Lastly, this machine is the loudest ever even compared to industrial models l had. This experience made me upset about the famous sewing machine brand and will never buy Singer again.

I am an intermediate sewer. Bought this machine to make clothes and textiles for my home as l sold my old one when l moved to new place. Firstly, the foot pedal had a major issue that it cannot adjust the speed, from slight press, it went full speed. (found many YouTube videos to solve the issue, although didn’t work for the one l got) The machine sewed crazy, took 2cm more from where l initially wanted to stop always as the pedal response was inaccurate. Secondary, the needle position dial didn’t do its job. The needle was always located on the most left side. I didn’t try other stitch lines. Lastly, this machine is the loudest ever even compared to industrial models l had. This experience made me upset about the famous sewing machine brand and will never buy Singer again.
