Unbelievable
This is the first time I've used a foam roller and I find it absolutely incredible!The high density foam roller is so lightweight but in the same time is really firm (like rock hard firm), so I can't see it loosing its shape. I use it mostly after intense workouts to release tension from legs, glutes and back muscles. It can also be used for exercising at home, which is a bonus.I purchased the 24"H x 6"D because my husband wants to use it too and he's much much bigger than me. Recommend!

Great item to help relax and stretch back. Was recommended by my chiropractor. Only negative is you need to use it on a rug or carpet otherwise you will go flying

great item, really does the job!make sure you order an appropriate size for your frame! if you're not a size 8 female you will need more than 12 inchesi am 6ft 14 stone male and if you are my size you will want 24 inches or more so dont be cheap, buy sensible, this really helps my back problems... now i can do it everyday!!

Resistente e funcional.
Produto bem resistente e bonito. Na minha opinião seria mais útil se fosse uns 15cm mais longo para poder manipulá-lo no curso da aplicação. Perfeito para liberação miofascial e "colocar" a coluna no lugar.

Acabo de recogerlo 5 minutos después siento que tengo una espalda nueva es exactamente lo que buscaba y a mí me sirve perfecto 👌 aún hay que ver la durabilidad pero parece buena ya que la espuma es resistente en las esquinas. Ya sabía que no la iba a devolver así que intente romper una esquina con el dedo y no pude recupera la forma. Adjunto video y así ven que tan duro es y algunos objetos para dimensionar el tamaño del de 18" X6"
