LOVE MEI Replacement Pencil Tips for Apple Pencil 2nd/ 1st Gen/USB-C/Pro

I got the three see-through colourful tips with the silicone nibs. These changed my life! Taking notes was easier, it feels like a real writing instrument because the silicone gives a little bit the way paper would under a real pen or pencil. They’re really responsive and work well. I know some people have said that the other models without the silicone can scratch up the screen but I’ve never experienced that with the silicone nibs ones. The only downside I’d have to mention is that the pen detached from my iPad in my purse and when I retrieved it from the bottom of the bag, the little nib had fallen out so I had to replace it. I tried searching for it to see if it was easily replaced but I just couldn’t find it. I don’t know if it’s because I had too much stuff in my bag or because it’s not well enough attached so I couldn’t really say if it’s a design flaw or not. Other than that one little issue (which wasn’t really an issue since it’s so inexpensive compared to other models and the package came with three) I would say this is an amazing, really useful addition to the Apple Pencil. Love these things! For reference, I’m in school and take notes in a notebook app and I do drawings and animations. I’ve gone through many a pencil tip. Def think these are the best!

I bought these in hopes that it would provide more of a pencil feel while using my Procreate app and drawing. And I am so thrilled with these. It’s exactly what I hoped for it still glides beautifully, but it doesn’t feel like plastic on plastic. it feels so much more natural and I have much more control over my pen. Really happy with these. I might order them again just to make sure I always have them. I ordered the tricolor set.

The thickness is perfect for visibility on the screen. Very easy to use. There are so many options for tips to use. durability of the silicone is low on paper; feel screen protector while taking notes in my college classes. Very smooth. The hard ones are great if you want little to no friction or like pens. It connects perfectly to my pen

I bought these due to finding a similar tip in a different pack from another company. I liked the tip with the silicone tip so I was excited to try these. I did not find these to be functionally acceptable. They really affected my ability to write, skipped a lot, sometimes certain tips did not connect with my screen at all (I'm assuming this was due to debris.) My biggest complaint is these tips screwed up my pencil and it is definitely due to packaging issues. When I received my package, I opened it and noticed 1. all of the tips had fallen out and 2. there was a considerable amount of micro-hairs and debris in the packaging. After a day or so, I wasn't satisfied with the tip and wanted to switch back to my original apple pencil tip. When I switched them, my apple pencil tip wouldn't function. None of my other tips would either. I realized after a panic that it was because there was debris all over the place. Thankfully, a thorough cleaning saved my apple pencil but I didn't dare put another of these crap tips on. Also, connection issues and functionality of my apple pencil were not issues I faced until using these tips. Very disappointing, and honestly a bit pricey for the quality. I would pass on these. Also to note, the tips were poorly manufactured as I noted glue or some type of weird gunk along the silicone portion of two of the tips (You can kind of see it in the picture on the transparent tip on the left.)

Be careful with the metal tipped tips. They will scratch all screen protectors, including glass. I had to replace the screen protector after using one of the metal tipped ones for a couple of weeks. Cannot use apps like Procreate the same way because the responsiveness is not the same. Pressure sensing brushes in Procreate do not work.

Absolutely worth the purchase. I wanted nibs that reduced the noise of writing with the pencil and two of the nibs do it so well There are others that provide precision as well. I have an apple pencil pro. The nibs fit perfectly ❤️
