Pretty good price.
Used in higher doses than most. Look up Pub Med studies for specific reasons. Difficult to find in high doses without other added ingredients.

Waste of money
Wasn't thrilled that both bottles weren't sealed properly. Plastic ring was intact but when you open the lid the seal was not on either bottle. Also the quantity took less than 1/4 of the bottle. Kind of a waste of money when you can put it all in one bottle. Of course we're paying for it not them.

Finally a dosage that works!!!
I have so much trouble sleeping that I am on a prescription to help me sleep. It doesn't always work so I added melatonin. My body still would not let me sleep. I tried diff mg's but this one is when I hit the jackpot! I sleep so much better now at this dose & I don't wake up feeling like I have a hangover. If you have trouble sleeping, check this dosage out.
