It just says "free from artificial flavours, colours & preservatives, lactose, yeast & gluten". **Q: Is it time-release, or is the excess vitamin C excreted within minutes of ingestion?** A: No it's not. I previously had the timed-release ones, which were okay, but these 'Low Acid' ones are not timed-release, and have caused me quite extreme stomach upset, to the point where I will no longer take them. **Q: If you have a cold can you take 2 tablets a day to boost?** A: Yes you can. Suggest 2 first thing then one more lunchtime. Do no longer than a week. You should not get an upset tum, I never do.
