If you're looking for a compact easy-to-use leg weight, this is it.
These leg weights attach snuggly onto my legs for a quick and easy way to add 10-lb incremental weights onto my body. The elastic band is easy to use. Personally, I use these for weighted calisthenic movements on my pull up bar such as dead hangs, pull ups, and chin ups. It works fine. My one critique is that the velcro that wraps around your leg is a little hard, and if it instead had some cushioning around it, it'd make it a lot more comfortable. But nonetheless, it does its job and I like it.

Great- metal pieces from velcro could be improved
These are great. The only thing I donโt like is that the metal hooks from the Velcro fall off every time I put the weights on or take them off. About 4-6 tiny metal pieces fall off every time I use this product. The tiny metal pieces end up getting stuck in my clothes or in my skin and they can be very painful, other than that this is a great product.

My Least Satisfying Purchase
Absolutely horrid glorified sand-bags. I am not a dainty man but the uber cheap fastening system left the sand-bags too loose and the metal part of the fastening system would end up against a bone somewhere in my ankle. The cheap covering quickly wore from the cheap fastening system and one of the weights began leaking a dark grey black sandy ashy substance I now have to get tested to make sure it isn't asbestos or something. These were inexpensive ankle weights described as "BalanceFrom Fully Adjustable Ankle Wrist Arm Leg Weights". FULLY ADJUSTABLE? Not even close. Cheaply made barely adjustable maybe? If these were updated with a better fastening systems and the contents were actually safe - might be but looks like asbestos & ash - They could be called Cankle-B-Gone. They absorb sweat and get heavier as one works out while adding a thick hot layer surrounding the cankle. Amazon gets zero stars for not allowing zero stars.

Strap loops don't stay in place, weight material shifts, and potential for leaks
- The material inside the weights tends to shift to side that sits lowest. To correct for this, I have to drop the weights on a hard surface to relevel the material. If the pockets were better isolated from each other, this wouldn't be so much of a problem. I've alerted the manufacturer to this. - The strap loops design is not ideal. Because they're rectangular, and the cloths straps are too thin and narrow, the long side readily shifts out the side of the cloth strap, which leads to slack in the overall length. I tried to fix this by replacing the rectangular loops with round ones, but this caused the cloth strap to bunch up even more than before. Alternatively, you can add material (e.g., vinyl-cloth strips) inside the cloth strap to help reduce the tendency to bunch up, but I haven't tried this yet (I lose my chance to return these if I go too far with modifications during the return period). I've alerted the manufacturer to this. - There is a potential for the covering to open, leading to weight-material leakage. However, I think this could be dealt with by adding iron-on patches where this happens. Otherwise, the product works just fine for me.

Simple and just works
Excellent weights for walking. 7.5 lbs per foot adds enough weight to make it slightly challenging and get more out of ~30-40 min walk. It feels like a workout afterward. It's a bit tricky to put on -- I found that setting your foot on something higher to get the calf close to parallel to the floor ensures the best weight distribution. Also, tall boots work better than sneakers if you go for a higher weight. Overall, great quality and value.

In all honesty
I bought this product because it looks very comfortable and it was the weight that I was looking for. I gave this rating because the durability of the strap is insufficient for the weight of the product. After long wear, the product is very uncomfortable and After long wear, the product is very uncomfortable and may give blisters as it has for me on my Achilles. If you use these every day, the strap will wear down and start falling apart literally. And the little silver loop that you bring the strap through, it loses its structure and starts sliding sideways which makes the comfortability of the product inadequate. Also, the tiny beads that give the product its weight slide around everywhere so they are not evenly distributed, they should have been sewn in little pockets rather than to be allowed free range.

comfortable and durable
These weights are made of sand and are super comfortable! They are well designed and attach to my ankle nicely. The material is durable and is reinforced at the edges. I wear them without shoes so sometimes the weights drag on the ground because of gravity. But I don't see any signs of fraying because they are being dragged sometimes. So far so good!

Lasted less than a week.
Quality is definitely "meh", these didn't last a week. - the strap needs to be a lot wider and sturdier for the ten pounds per leg verion, since that's a decent amount of weight to keep from shifting around. As is, the strap folds on itself lengthwise by the second use, making the weight harder to put on. - they are ALSO hard to put on because you have to hold each side of the weight together so the strap doesn't "go sideways", you also have to hold the strap you're feeding, and hold the ring you're feeding it through, and also unfold the strap that folds on itself because it's not high enough quality. That's 5 things to hold, but you only have 2 hands. (If you're an octopus, you'll be fine.) - the strap holding the rectangular "ring" the strap is tightened through needs to be at least 3 times stronger, and should hold the ring tighter, because as it is by the second use it will allow the ring to twist diagonally or 90 degrees, making where the strap contacts it either much narrower than designed, or cockeyed and "v-shaped", which then forces the strap to get folded and twisted (compounding the problems above, making the weights even harder to put on). (THIS is probably the biggest problem because it makes the other issues worse -- but it's hard to explain, and I don't to re-write this review all day to figure out how to say it more clearly.) After about ten uses, one of these broke the neoprene material itself, and spread what looks like a combination of sand and iron filings "weight material" all over my back yard. The strength of materials they use would PROBABLY be strong enough for lighter versions. If you buy the 10 pound per leg version and you're trying to get the weights on quickly to bang out a workout in the morning before work, it's not going to happen. Better quality materials would make everything "self-straightening" and "non-folding" and "non-breaking". For lighter versions this would be less of an issue. I DON'T recommend buying the ten pound per leg version. (I shouldn't have expected much at the price, I suppose.) (And maybe if you're very gentle, not walking around, and have someone as an extra pair of hands to help put them on, they'd last longer than they did for me with "active" and "a little rough" use of real exercise.)

Si e no

Looks and works as described
Rapid delivery, adequately weighty. Bought to exercise upper body whilst non weight bearing post surgery and for rehab after - first part OK, so far. If they can supply motivation as an add on would be useful

Weight non adjustable. Soft and comfortable fabric.
Nice and soft. The weight itself does not adjust so be aware. I use them on my --240mm-- wrists and they just manage to do up tight enough so most ankles should be fine. The strap seems a bit flimsy so it may need replaced but is ok so far. The cover is soft and very comfortable but might be easily cut so be careful.

Poor design. Unusable now.
After occasional use (nothing too repetitive or stressful on the item itself), the metal ring(?) that the velcro loops through rotates so that the straps do not close and stay put. Dangerous and frustrating. Someone else commented that two straps would be better for this weight and I would agree. The design and construction is poor on this one.
