Worthy of a review!I struggle with arthritis in neck and move about most of the night trying to get comfortable - removing all pillows, grabbing another, sitting upright. I have bought the full range of so called orthopaedic pillows. I also get very hot during the night which doesn't help.This pillow has resolved all my issues!It's comfortable whatever position, the right height for me, supportive, cool and easy to remove cover for washing.My neck is comfortable and my arms and hands don't go dead!All in all, excellent 👌

I read the reviews that advised it can take a couple of weeks to adjust to this pillow so I stayed patient. Im glad I did, I'm a side sleeper and the height is perfect. Its firm yet comfortable and fits snug around my head. I would definitely recommend this pillow if you're a side sleeper. Pillow case is a little fiddly to get back on when washed but easy to see how it fits back on. Its the size of a normal pillow. The neck support is great!

This pillow has really helped me with my Sleep Apnoea and my shoulder problems. It is very comfortable and the groove at the sides is perfect to place you arm in when you sleep on your side. It provided great neck support and I have definately had a reduction in shoulder pain and incidences of sleep apnoea
