The CryoForce-1 is an awesome unit. The cooling it provides through the pad keeps swelling under control and the discomfort from swelling manageable. We use frozen water bottles with the necessary amount of water for ease of use, no messing with ice cubes. This model will keep the circulating water cold for the day, no need to make adjustments/switch out the bottles. The pad has great coverage for my knee. Easy and quick to set up. The controller makes the cycle you choose easy to use, it has many options. I like that I can set it once and it will time out after set number of minutes and start up again. When you are finished for the day with machine ,clean up is very easy, refreeze bottles and dry out machine, nothing to it. I will admit we had an issue with an older model , but reaching out to CryoForce was extremely easy. The prompt replies from them made it easy to work out the details of our issue. We were very satisfied with our friendly and helpful conversations with their Support team. I highly recommend this product!

This cryo cuff arrived promptly. However on unpacking it, it was apparent that it needed a Chinese to English plug adapter . This was not stated in the product specifications and meant that one had to be sourced before I could use it. However once this was sorted, it is very comfortable to wear and does the job well. It’s important that the instructions are read and the cuff must not be over used as wearing it for too long at a time may cause skin issues. Generally a good product.

1 star as i cant use it, it doesn't come with the adapter to be able to use it in the UK

This has been a Godsend during my knee replacement. I recommend this machine. It is easy to use. We use frozen water bottles instead of loose ice. Less mess. The only complaint I have is that a few of the holes on the pad leaks a bit of water.
