I too purchased a Lycan, July 2019 and I even contacted Renogy in July 2020, BEFORE my 1 yr warranty expired regarding a "Shut Down" Issue the I had read about in customer complaints. I even emailed them Fluke Meter readings (pictures) of both my Lycan units showing readings below 12V DC output. They Assured me that was not going to an issue or concern! WELL, in August of 2020, I decided to buy an ICECO VL60 Dual Zone Portable Refrigerator with SECOP Compressor, 60 Liters Platinum Compact Refrigerator, DC 12/24V, AC 110-240V, 0℉ to 50. Turned about to be a great product! UNFORTUNATELY, I did not test the unit on the Renogy Lycans until a few months later! What I discovered is that the one Lycan works as it supposed to, drains down to less than 10% and NO Problems operating the ICECO unit on either AC or DC.The other (2nd) Lycan did not drain down below 20% (waste of run time), regarding any AC or DC draw down of any device. EVEN WORSE, IT WOULD SHUT DOWN AFTER 10 MINUTES OF RUN TIME WHEN USING THE 12V DC side of the unit, therefore shutting down what ever was plugged in!! I tried switching cables (12V Cig male), tested the ICECO on both Renogy Lycans, other similar (solar battery/generator) systems like the Bieonno Power unit (great products), units, same scenarios, etc., NO MATTER WHAT the latest (2nd) Lycan unit SHUT DOWN when using the 12V DC side! I experienced NO PROBLEMS with the 1st Lycan or the other Bieonno Power versions using the same ICECO unit. OBVIOUSLY A RENOGY LYCAN 12V DC HARDWARE FAILURE!! No Error Codes! I could not depend on 12V circuit side of the system, which also happened to be the more efficient way to operate both the Lycan and ICECO units, no Inverter involved, no loss of power, etc.Now for the Nightmare of dealing with Renogy. I have since January of 2021 tried to resolve the aforementioned problem. I have all the emails to prove it! Renogy is A TOTAL JOKE and you have to deal with a call center in the Philiphines that refuses to transfer you to the California Corporate office. I dealt with 3 different and separate, so called supervisors at this so called Customer Service Center (a real nightmare) and EVERY TIME they wasted my time, requested the same BS info, which I had already emailed them more than once! Would you believe they want a picture and error codes! What "F,n" Error Codes and a picture of the unit, seriously! By the way, which I had already supplied at least 3 times to 3 different so called supervisors (complete Morons) who never follow through and you get to wait weeks and start all over!WOULD YOU BELIEVE THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO A REPAIR SHOP! Are you ready for this? Even though it should still be under the 1 yr warrant, because I can PROVE that I had brought a KNOWN issue to their attention and informed them of it 2 weeks prior to my July 2020 expiration. By now I was tired of the back and forth BS, nothing happens and the last two Supervisors NEVER followed through on what they said they would do! BUNCH OF LIARS! When I asked for an Authorized Renogy Repair Center in Arizona, never mind in the Phoenix area, They Could Not Provide Me One! When I jokey said, so am I supposed to take it to an automobile/dealer for repair and the MORONS said that would work. I couldn't believe my ears, what a bunch of BS, I asked, so how are they to order parts, they won't even have a schematic, etc. I said, I might as well take it to a fishing tackle repair shop and these WORTHLESS MORONS even said that would work!To date, I have been trying to resolve this Nightmare and a waste of $1300, not counting the 3 (100 watt folding panels, etc.) with the help of Amazon and even that is has been a waste of time since January of 2021. The only positive thing about Amazon after having spoken to them twice to try and escalate the issue is that the other day one of their Customer Service Reps said, are you aware that you purchased the 4 year Asurion, LLC Protection Plan? I normally never buy warranties and this time I am glad I did and I hope that it turns about to a blessing and not another nightmare that cost me more money . We shall see how that works out since the warranty company now wants me to send the unit to them to see if they can repair it before any refund. I Don't Expect they will even have a clue, the parts, etc. Hopefully after 4 months of Aggravation in dealing with Renogy and the DEFECTIVE LYCAN they sold on Amazon, I will finally get a Refund and not end up with another issue in dealing with Aurion, LLC. I do believe they knew that they had some Defective Units and put them on Amazon to sell anyways, rather than pulling the inventory!I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY RENOGY PRODUCT! I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER COMPLAINING ABOUT SHUTDOWNS, ETC. AMAZON SHOULD SHUT THAT SELLER/VENDOR DOWN AND NOT ALLOW THEM TO SELL PRODUCTS. Amazon needs to read the customer complaints on their own site!

So far I am very pleased with the quality and performance of this product. For a battery it stores an impressive amount of power that lets you charge electronics, run modest appliances, and keep some lights on during a power failure. And if you live outside of major cities in the northeast you know that's becoming more of a problem. Not sure yet if this will run my gas furnace blower, but it keeps on the pilot and runs the blower in my gas fireplace insert. This is a good backup if you live in an apartment, condo or townhouse and can't have a generator.

Horrible customer service. Just atrocious . At the end of the day I only kept the solar panel. It is extremely solid and very efficient. I use it with a 500 watt solar battery made by a different company.

I haven't experiences any real glitches. The fan kicks in and out when using inverter, but guess it's going to do that. My biggest beef is that they did market this saying you can run multiple lifepo4 batteries, but they can't supply batts, so I almost returned. Thought that I'd try it, and with 200 watt panels, this thing charges very fast! Use has been at home at this point, but I have confirmed that the 12v socket works fine for my blizzard box, no issues. The build quality of this unit is top shelf!

The 12v power run @ 11.8v, very slow charging on ac, solar works good, Renogy not very good at standing behind the products. Sad.

I'm 100% off grid and remote. This has been a life altering purchase. My solar panels keep this charged and no more running out to the generator if I want to use my blender, ice machine etc. This supplies power immediately and continuously. I don't know how I lived for 10 years without it!
