HSE Cedar Box Sauna Sand Timer

This timer matches my cedar sauna, it's attractive and simple, no batteries or electronic parts is always a plus 😊.

I am bummed. The timer is beautiful and I was so excited to use it. When my sauna warms up the sand seems to get stuck, and so sometimes it will work accurately for 5-10 minutes and then it will stop until I walk up and tap on it. Basically, there is no way to know how much time has passed ever. Total junk. Update: I used my sauna after 24 hours and the sand is in the exact same place. No movement at all even when it completely cooled down. So doesn’t even work cool

Got this as a timer for our hot tub, which is outdoors in Wisconsin! Works great in all weather conditions, including -10*F. It is placed where the roof overhang protects it, but is exposed to extreme cold and works fine so far!

first timer i bought from them didn't work properly, the sand would get stuck after sauna heated up so you couldn't get a read on how long you're in there. only way to get sand to flow is by hitting it several times, some of the times , even with tapping the top, it still doesn't move. i returned the first and had it replaced thinking it was defective, it wasn't, the replacement still had same issues, returned today. stay away JUNK. only good thing - its a real good looking item.

What a great timer for your sauna. It may not give you atomic clock accuracy but who cares. You just need a consistent timer that works in the heat. I would highly recommend this product!

Gave it two stars because use it looks nice. Otherwise it would have gotten 1 star. It failed within weeks of buying, the sand all clumped together and will no longer fall through the narrow part. So it’s destined for the trash bin now.

Timer is made from quality wood and installs easily. The bad news is it times out at 14 minutes-17 seconds. For the price it should be closer.

Haven't checked accuracy, Doesn't matter. Depending on sauna preheat time and what I was doing, the time to achieve rolling sweat varies. So whenever it starts, I flip timer and have consistency.

Er zijn er goedkopere, maar niet zo mooi afgewerkt als deze. Zeer tevreden . Enig punt is... Mocht een maat kleiner beschikbaar zijn, dan had ik die wel genomen voor mijn compacte sauna. Maar al bij al een zeer degelijk en fijn afgewerkt product.

Lovely sauna timer. Came on time and does the job. Seems to work well and been installed for many months now.
