Smooth & excellent, but too much money!
I love this matcha! It's excellent, but is VERY expensive fir the quantity vs Costco where you get 4 'x's the amount for a similar taste, which is also Organic from Japan.

I"m going to look elsewhere, this is a ripoff!
Just went up $10 a bag - ILoved the tea but "m going to look elsewhere, this is a ripoff! Makes a delicious Matcha Tea! I have tried many brands on Amazon and elsewhere, even in Japan last year. This is my favorite brand for every day drinking. It’s smooth and delicious and I top it off with whipped Almond milk each morning. I couldn’t be happier with the consistency and taste it’s delicious and not bitter like some of the other brands I’ve tried. I recommend using a matcha whisk. I also add a teaspoon of this to my morning shake because of the benefits Here is how I make my matcha: Note: If I’m not in a rush sometimes I’ll sift my matcha with a sifter/strainer into the cup for a smoother matcha but it’s up to you and I don’t think it’s always necessary. 1) Add one small scoop of matcha (if you don’t have a scoop use approximately a teaspoon for a large cup ( see my cup in picture) or 1/2 teaspoon for a small matcha cup ( like the one my whisk is in on my picture). Of course you can use a little more or less but this is really all you need and if you use too much it will just sink to the bottom of the cup and be wasted. So don’t overdo it- matcha is concentrated green tea and you do not need a lot. 2) Begin to boil water but before it boils take pan off stove add just a little of the water (about two tablespoons) to the cup of matcha, Note: it is important not to boil the water because if the water is too hot it will destroy the antioxidants in the matcha tea and yiu will lose all the Health befnefits of drinking it. 3) Put pan back on stove but put heat down so it stays hot but does not boil. 4) Use a bamboo whisk amd whip up the matcha and small amount of water till it froths. 4) Add the rest of the hot i(but not boiled) water, leaving room for your milk if you use it. 5) Pour your milk in another cup and whip with bamboo whisk ( you will need a big cup because it will spill all over the place if you use a small one ) or put in blender for a few minutes and blend till frothy. I use my Vitamix and whip the milk while I’m making the matcha. (Optional) You can heat the milk before you whip it up but I find this unnecessary as I like the cool whipped milk (Almond milk in my case) delicious atop the hot matcha tea. Also I find that the heating process thins the milk out and I like it thick and frothy. 6) Pour the whipped milk into your cup of Matcha. (Optional but I do this as it really makes the cup for me): Take a little more milk (about half a small matcha cup like the one shown in my picture with the whisk in it) and whip it using the bamboo whisk. Whip it until it is very frothy and light and fluffy. Then take that milk and pour it on the very top of the cup so you have a nice fluffy white frosting on the top. Enjoy!
