Is this G4 LED bulb compatible with my existing fixture?

This G4 LED bulb works with AC/DC 12V low-voltage systems only. It is not compatible with 120V fixtures, dimmer switches, or unstable transformers. For best performance, we recommend using a dedicated LED driver.

Why does the bulb flicker or make noise after installation?

Flickering or buzzing is usually caused by an incompatible transformer. To solve this 1. Replace your old halogen transformer with an LED driver. 2. Keep one halogen bulb in the same lighting circuit to stabilize the load.

Is this bulb the same size as a traditional G4 halogen bulb?

No. This LED bulb is larger than traditional halogen G4 bulbs. Bulb size: 1.46 × 0.51 inches. Please check your fixture clearance carefully before purchasing to ensure proper fit.

Can this bulb be used with a dimmer switch?

No. This G4 LED bulb is non-dimmable. Using it with a dimmer or unstable voltage may cause flickering, noise, or malfunction.

Why doesn’t the bulb turn on?

Common reasons include Incorrect voltage (must be 12V AC/DC) Incompatible or aging transformer Loose pin connection Please verify voltage and ensure the bi-pin base is fully inserted.
