My son need some knee pads for his marching band routine, as part of it requires kneeling on one knee. I let him a pad I’d been using for work, and he said it didn’t work well enough. So we went to a local sporting goods store and found these. The padding looked very substantial, but they were too pricey. We find them here about $15 less, and loved them for the first try on. The padding is about six inches from top to bottom, and fairly wide and thick, so most of your knee will be protected no matter what angle you’re kneeling at. Even better, since my son only needed one pad, I took the other for my job. I work on computers, and some days that involves a lot of kneeling to reach computers under desks and counters, often on hard concrete or tile floors. These are hands down superior to my old ones in padding and comfort. Just make sure to size them properly, and buy the next larger size if your measurements are on the outside of the chart. They’re sized pretty exactly. Also, they fit quite well under my work pants, which are usually dress pants or chinos, so for as padded as they are, they’re fairly unnoticeable under most circumstances A great purchase, and they definitely make my days at work (or my sons on the field) much better. Two thumbs up.

Great quality! They last long, and are EXACTLY what i need under my work gear. Slim, low-profile, good cushion without feeling bulky. Not good for construction, better for when u know you'll be kneeling a lot but don't expect a lot of ish on the ground like stones or fallen hardware or shards of any kind.

Fit is good, only had them for a week and haven't had a chance to really try them out. seem to be just fine

Son loves these for his football games and practice perfect fit and support. The protection from impact and slim design are amazing under his football pants.

My kids play basketball and love these knee pads. I recently bought 4 of these from Amazon and one of the items I received was 100% fake! It had McDavid packaging and McDavid logos but the material, stitching and quality was not like the other McDavids. The real McDavids I received all have a white-ish backing inside and good stitching. The fake one had black backing with wide edges sticking out, junky "hexagon" stickers that can move around and bad fit/material that slides instead of staying in place. It took my child about 10 seconds to feel it was terrible quality, take it off and refuse to use it again. Thankfully Amazon makes it very easy to return the item and get a refund. The picture I uploaded is of the FAKE McDavid, check it out! When you receive your knee pad, flip it over and check the backing. The real one has a light colored backing with nice wide stitching and is well trimmed. if you receive one that looks like the one pictured, send it back.

Work very well. Only gripe was after second use on the sleeves pads got all messed up and now don’t stay in place within the padding section. Maybe I did something wrong. Still use but frustrating

I got these for basketball and am very happy with them. I typically wear tights under them as well so I can't speak to how they grip without tights, but even with tights on they stay up on my legs very well. I have gotten some off brand ones and they slip down constantly. These also will slide down and need to be pulled up, but it isn't nearly as often. They are very durable. I used to play a lot harder than I do now so I would seemingly always be on the ground diving for a ball or something and they would hold up to the abuse. Tights of any brand seem to rip very easily but these hold up a lot better. They will rip but not as easily as tights do. They aren't super breathable but since I wear tights it isn't really an issue with me. The pads are very flexible so you don't even notice them on when you're running. I have had several pairs of these over the years and am very happy with them. The price is a little higher than off brand versions but in this case you do get what you pay for. It's well worth the price and will absolutely buy them again when I wear through these.

I’m really skinny and was unsure about what size I would need. I ended up buying a medium and they surprisingly fit perfect. They stay in place and don’t restrict blood flow. Very breathable material and comfortable. For reference, I’m 5’7” and 125lbs.

I received this just around a week after I purchased them on Amazon. They're great! They're snug around you lower thigh and lower knee so the actual padding doesn't slide off when you bend your knees during movement. I haven't tried them out on the hills yet but doing the motion of falling down showed that it held up pretty well. It didn't budge or needed to be adjusted. I don't feel pins and needles when I landed on it either. Every year at the mountains I always come back home to bruised knees. I'm really glad I made this purchase and will update again after I wear it on the slopes! Edit: Used on the mountain slopes! These knee pads are awesome! For the first time, I don't actually have bruises AND my knees don't feel like they're going to go bad when I'm in 80s! My thighs are a little bigger than a normal 130 lb 5'7 woman (squats) so compression sleeve above the knees rolled down a little bit and would bunch up sometimes behind my knee. This can be uncomfortable and leave red marks. This is not a manufacturer's fault. My thighs are just big.

Premium material use but cheaper compaired to other products. Will recommend it.
