I think it's pretty good for beginners, easy set up with decent quality materials.

Doesn't feel cheap, nice quality bench. Don't reccomend if youre much taller than 5'5. The rack that the bar would sit on is not wide enough for bench pressing. Im 5'5 and its to tight for me for perfect form. But it will do in my small home. Folds up nicely
