Each forged individually from high grade German stainless steel. With a bevelled edge these knives are robust and long lasting. Each has an attractive single piece construction with the handle also being made from high quality stainless steel. Knives also in this range are as follows: Peeling & Paring – a small all-purpose with a sharp point, ideal for all sorts of intricate and fiddly jobs Utility – An all-purpose that is bigger than a paring and smaller than a chef’s . It has a finer blade than a chef’s , and is used for general kitchen work. Tomato – A utility with a serrated blade.
